The central exhibit space of Loft Project ETAGI. In winter 2011 Gallery Globus and LoftWineBar have been combined and become a new Space – Prostranstvo 5 Etazh.

Neo-academism, silver print, french artists, collective exhibitions of the young and personal ones of those who are already famous for many years.
The corridor on the 4th floor is set aside for media projects. On 16 plasma tv's are playing arthouse movies, music videos and video art, and it's possible to get photos into this space times more than into another ones.
Prostranstvo Belyi Coridor is a ground for demonstration of social projects. In 2010 the corridor was gaven to Loft Project ETAGI to continue the charitable direction of its work.
Terrace is an open-air expostion space where since the moment of opening is situated a fixed installation "The Garden of rubber stones" by Pyotr Belyi.
