• The kind of company (type of activity, achievements)
• Is the event confined to some date
• If you need a background music, what kind of music is it (do you need technical equipment, make-up room for musicians, etc)
• If you plan to use the catering company, please, specify for what kind of service (organizing drink reception or dinner)
• Supposed date and time
• Do you need time for montage the equipment (if yes, please, specify the exact time)
• Approximate number of guests
• Do you need a wardrobe
• Do you need a permission for trucks to enter the factory territory
• Are you planning to organize professional photo- and video filming
• Are you going to use photo and video materials for the commercial purposes
• The expected rent fee and budget

Please, notice, that smoking is forbidden in the Loft Project ETAGI area (except the places, where the permission signs are displayed). Distribution of all kinds of commercial or branded products (banners, flyers, posters, etc.) is possible only according to the preliminary coordination with Loft Project ETAGI direction.
